sheriff says he welcomes the fbi investigation in addition to a separate joint investigation by the santa rosa police department. what would you like to see happen here? >> i think they want to find out what the real facts are. you have a kid walking and wasn't causing any particular harm. there had not been reports of police misconduct of some kind. how was he approached? how did the police approach him? did they give him an opportunity to put the weapon down, whatever it was? why did they shoot as many times as they did. i would like to know if the kid was shot in the back at all. it sounds like he turned around. very difficult to believe a young man would point a gun, a toy gun like that at a police officer. that is not to say the police could not have a reasonable good faith belief that the weapon was a real gun given the size and have a right to respond to that. what you want to do is examine me and interview all witnesses prime minister. some say the officers after the kid were shot and done, the officers continued to shoot. that is a situation of excessive force. for me as a civil right
